Very sad to here of Michaels passing. Like many youngsters at the time, UFO inspired
me to pursue both science fact and science fiction as hobbies which I do to this day.

Birmingham, and thought he was a warm and terrific guy. His memories live on in his

Michael Billington was the Bond that never was, being the most tested actor for the
007 role from 1968 to 1982. Although, he appeared as Sergei Barsov in The Spy Who
Loved Me. An accomplished actor of the traditional English type, he will be sadly
